The fall Eastern
Division was set for September 11th & 12th.
Jim Covington has talked with the Holiday Inn Express for the September
meeting. They quoted him $70 for Queen room and $80 for King room. Dee Ann moved
to hold our meeting at the Holiday Inn in September, Wanda seconded, and the
motion was carried. Lynne asked if
we wanted to change our picnic-in.
The group decided to stay with Arby’s and Jim will get ˝ cold sandwiches and ˝
hot sandwiches.
The meeting was
adjourned.
We had a break so
everyone could check out of the motel. The CTSI film planned for after break
couldn’t be watched since the T.V. didn’t work, so there was a round table
discussion. At 11:30 we had lunch at Southside and everyone headed home.
