Thursday, September 11:

After the Picnic-in of Arby’s sandwiches at the Holiday Inn Express, Lynne welcomed everyone. There were 26 present. Jim Covington introduced Renita Thelen, Mobile Home specialist from Lincoln County Assessor’s office. She handed out the new mobile home forms and explained each one.

There was a round table for different issues and questions.

The group met at the Southside Café for dinner and games afterwards at the motel. 

 

Friday, September 12:

After the Pledge of Allegiance, Lynne called the meeting to order and the minutes and Treasurer’s reports were passed out.  They were read by the group.  Doug Milliken moved accept the minutes, Diane seconded and they were approved. The Treasurer’s report was presented for audit.  There were 26 present, with a total of 30 different attendees for the 2 days.  Lynne asked for Committee Reports:

P.T. Legislative – Bob Sagel said there would be a clean up bill for the new P.T. Legislation.

IACREOT – Connie Joiner said the conference will be in Spokane, WA on Jan. 15-19 and July 5-12.

NACCTFO – Sharon Jones told us a little about this organization.

APTUSC  - Michelle Miller told us about this organization and will have more info at Seminar.

Seminar – Susan Cochell said seminar has been planned and will be Oct. 13-17 in Fort Collins.

Eastern Division will meet in Fort Morgan on March 19 & 20, Bob will check on this.  The fall meeting will need to be somewhere else, and Lynne will check at La Junta, and Connie will check in Cripple Creek.

Nominating Committee –Jim Covington presented the current slate of officers for re-election, it was moved and seconded to be approved and the following were re-elected:  President - Lynne Bauer, Vice President -DeeAnn Stults, Treasurer – Linda Statz, and Secretary – Susan Cochell

Program Committee – Jim Covington and Bob Sagel

Entertainment Committee – Debbie Morgan and Susie Velasquez

Jim gave directions to the CCI demo that was to be held in Hugo.

Susie Velasquez moderated a round table for Public Trustee questions.
