MESSAGE FROM THE PRESIDENT

Fall is here but I'm trying to figure out what happened to Summer. Time really does fly when you're having fun (or getting old).

We had a great meeting at Limon last week. Caren Castle gave an enlightening presentation about the foreclosure process from the attorney's point of view. Everyone attending was very impressed. We will have to invite her to speak to us again.

I hope you all have registered for Seminar. It promises to be informative and entertaining. Larimer County always does a wonderful job hosting the Seminar. Look elsewhere in this newsletter for an updated agenda for Public Trustee day.

Several of the committees have been working hard already. The minutes to the meetings are posted on the web site in the Bulletin Board and under the respective committee assignments. If you don't have web access and would like a copy of the minutes, please let me know.

I've had a few requests for statewide statistics. Please fill out the form in this newsletter and either bring it to Seminar or send it to me. I will compile the figures and put the results on our web site.

FYI - Boulder County Public Trustee has a new mailing address:

Sandy Hume
Boulder County Public Trustee
1790 38th Street, Suite 100
Boulder, CO 80301

See you all soon.

Bob
