SUBJECT:     INVITATION TO DISTRICT REGIONAL MEETING              
DATE:            AUGUST 27, 2004

District 6 would like to invite you to a regional meeting to be held on August 27, 2004  at Grand Junction.   So please mark your calendars for that date, and join us.  Monika Todd has made plans for a day that you will all enjoy.

The meeting is going to be held at the Two Rivers Convention Center.  The Center is located downtown, near the I-70 Business Loop and Highway 50.  If you plan to spend the night in Grand Junction, The Hampton Inn is located next to the Center and located at 205 Main Street.  The phone number is (970) 243-3222.  The Hawthorn Suites is next to the Hampton Inn located at 225 Main Street. The phone number is (970)242-2525.  A full breakfast is included in the price of the room.  Monica is excited to take you on a tour of these facilities, as she has been working with them for the CCTA Conference in 2006.

10:00 A.M. -10:30                   Coffee and Krispy Kreme donuts
10:30-11:15                             Discussion of Credit Card payments and other items 
11:15-12:00                             John Redifer, Professor of Political Science, Mesa State College, and  Debbie Murray,  Mesa Count Finance Dept. will be speaking  on "Performance Measures"
12:00-1:30                               Lunch catered by the Two Rivers Convention Center,
(Monika has been assured that this Mexican dish will be delicious)           
1:30 to?????                             Continue meeting if necessary
