EXECUTIVE BOARD
THURSDAY, OCTOBER 20, 2005
FORT COLLINS, COLORADO

The meeting was called to order by our Vice President, Jack Arrowsmith.  Our President Ed Murray was not going to be able to make the Seminar and Jack would be conducting the meeting.

One of the scheduled presenters had cancelled and the Board discussed the changes in the agenda.  It was decided to fill the time slot with a roundtable discussion of Public Trustee concerns.

It was also noted that a letter had been received from an investor-individual that was upset with some of the Public Trustees’ practices and there was a possibility that he would come to the meeting.  It was discussed that if he came, would he be allowed to speak?  It was decided that he was welcome as an observer, but because he was not a member he was not entitled to speak unless directly asked to speak.

It was also discussed as to whether or not individuals who were not a member of the Association or an associate member should be charged at fee for attending.  No decision was made.

Meeting was adjourned.
