COLORADO PUBLIC TRUSTEES ASSOCIATION
EXECUTIVE BOARD MEETING
THURSDAY, OCTOBER 20, 2006
FORT COLLINS, CO

The meeting was called to order by President Jamie Crockett.

Members present: Jamie Crockett, Jim Covington, Ed Murray, Alta Mae Brown, Bob Sagel, Angela Dazlich, Peg Ackerman, and Sandra Berry.

The Board was addressed by Kathi Williams and Ryan McMaken, Community Relations and Special Projects, Colorado Division of Housing regarding obtaining information from the PTs about foreclosures.  The Board didn’t feel that it was Bob’s place to have to obtain that information for them, but suggested that they email each PT once a month or whenever they wanted the information.

Jim addressed the purchase of the Laptop and printer for the Continuing Education Committee.  Motion was made to pay half the cost, seconded and passed.

The Board discussed By-Law changes and will make a better effort to see that the changes are mailed out before the Summer Conference so that they can be voted on there.
