Discussion was held on several issues. We will look at the fee schedule after proceeding with the time and motion study. Larry Castle said the going rate for a private trustee is $350 - $450 per case. In 38-38-107 it states that fees and costs will be paid from the proceeds of the sale. Is this something we should look at? Should the sale dates on the amended notices be the original or actual sale date? Can you redeem early and can you assign the COR before it exists? The timing of cure statements was discussed. Should we have one cure figure with one date or several different figures with different dates? What about an ARM? How does that affect the figures? Nothing was decided and we will discuss these and other topics at the meeting on July 28th at the offices of CMS.
Respectfully submitted,
Dee Ann Stults, Secretary
