Purpose & Objectives
(from Article II of each Constitution and Bylaws)

"The Association(s) is designed as a medium to develop a practical study of problems encountered by County Treasurers/Public Trustees, thereby specifically increasing the efficiency and character of service rendered to the general public and county government.  Said objectives shall be achieved through the exchange of information and ideas at conferences and any other media deemed advisable."
